Goods are usually shipped / dispatched within 3 days from placing your order. If the item is made to order, we will inform you soonest. You can expect to have these goods dispatched within 10 days – although generally the turnaround time is much quicker.

Please note: Deliveries are usually made before 12h00 (midday) on working days (Monday to Friday), however please allow until 17h00 for delivery. Please keep in mind that we would need someone to be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address (residential or commercial) supplied on checkout or your account.

Friday orders placed before 12h00 can expect delivery on Wednesday (provided it is not a long weekend and Monday is a normal working day). Orders placed after 12h00 on a Friday and over the weekend (and up to 12h00 on Monday) can expect delivery on Thursday.

Deliveries to Major City Centres should occur within 3-4 working days from the day the order is dispatched. Orders for delivery outside of these areas and to suburbs further out from these centres (ODA: Outlying Delivery Areas), will take 4-5 (and sometimes up to 6) working days for delivery.

Orders placed before 12h00 on working days for in-stock products will be shipped / dispatched within 2-3 days. You will be notified via email (along with tracking details) once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we do. This is calculated based on the weight of your order, as well as your location. Kindly note, should your total order amount exceed R550, you will not be charged any delivery fee.

We can only accept an official bank generated proof of payment. We require a PDF document emailed to us; unfortunately text that has been copied will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, all orders must be placed and paid for online before an order can be processed in our warehouse.

Yes, if you have a debit card from Standard Bank, ABSA or Nedbank and your cellphone service provider is Vodacom or MTN, you can use it to make your payment.

We have five payment options available when you check out. You can use credit card, debit card, Bitcoin, UKash or pay via EFT Bank Transfer. If you would like to pay part or all of your order with a voucher, that is an option both on the “Cart” page as well as on the “Checkout” page.

It isn’t necessary to create an account in order to shop with us.

However, creating an account allows you to store addresses, track the status of your order and to view your order history.

Your order will be dispatched within three working days should you have ordered a product that is in stock in our warehouse.
